House in the Moscow region on 160 sq.m.

This private house in the Moscow region was designed taking into account the latest trends in modern architecture. The architecture of this private house was influenced more by the number of restrictions: a small budget, a narrow and complex shaped plot, a large number of trees. At the same time, a house of maximum area was needed. Taking into account all the regulatory deviations from trees, red lines of roads, buildings and fences, a very small building site turned out. For this reason, the house plan has acquired an irregular shape, the maximum possible in these conditions.

Concept and train of thought: pine-house; bark- decoration.

Pine bark has two colors: in the lower part of the trunk it is dark gray, pitted with deep cracks, from above it is almost even and has a light ochre shade. The shade and texture of pine bark became the starting point of the facade concept: dark gray metal and light wood. These are two opposite materials - "soft" and "aggressive".

The outline of the house plan is dictated by the location of the trees and the shape of the plot (the plot plan has an irregular shape). The largest windows are facing south. This is logical for the northern hemisphere, because they bring more heat than they lose the amount of energy. Auxiliary and technical rooms are located in the northern part of the house. The first floor is occupied by a living room. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The attic is reserved for a workshop.
