The office of the company for the production of facade decor.

The main difficulty of this project is to locate a building on a small plot with several fundamentally different functional zones: industrial and residential.

The customer's wish is to place in one building an office space for artists, a meeting room, a production room for the manufacture of artificial stone, living rooms for employees, their own living space.

The building has three floors, each of which has a certain group of rooms. The first floor consists of production facilities, a meeting room and a kitchen with a small workshop. The second floor is a large workshop and unrelated, having a separate staircase, living quarters for employees. The third floor is the penthouse of the owner of the house with an exploited roof.

The second floor of the building is decorated with artificial stone with floral relief. This technique reflects the specialization of the company, and allows customers to clearly see the possibilities of this production.
