The Church of the Holy Trinity.

The image for this project was the icon of Andrei Rublev "Trinity". The icon depicts three angels, each of which has their visual symbolism: God the Father - architecture (city), God the Son - tree (cross), God the Holy Spirit - mountains (stone). This visual symbolism is represented on the facade. The facade of the temple is divided into three equal parts: the glazed left part, reflecting the urban development, symbolizes God the Father; the brick wall - the Holy Spirit; the tree in front of the temple - God the Son. The glass part, in addition to urban development, reflects a tree and a brick wall, symbolizing the unity of these three hypostases. The inside-out corner of the temple creates the effect of reverse perspective, forming an integral symbolic space oriented to the viewer and suggesting his spiritual connection with the world of symbolic images, which once again emphasizes the connection of the facade of the temple with the icon.

The cross on the brick wall of the temple is visible only under certain lighting conditions: sliding sunlight, reflected sunlight, or evening electric light from the interior.

The glazed wall, oriented to the south, allows you to illuminate the interior space with daylight reflected from the mirrored north wall.

The project was developed for dense urban development of the city center.
